Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Current RBT certification with the BACB (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to pass a background check and obtain CPR/First Aid certification
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Respond quickly from seated or kneeling positions
Stand for at least 15 minutes at a time
Lift up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

Experience in ABA, education, mental health, childcare, or related fields
College coursework in psychology, education, social work, or a related field
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Responsibilities

Implement Treatment Plans: Carry out behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans developed by the supervising BCBA to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
Provide Direct 1:1 ABA Therapy: Deliver individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, and community environments.
Collect and Record Data: Accurately document client progress, behavior data, and treatment outcomes using electronic data collection systems.
Collaborate with Families and Clinical Team: Maintain professional communication with caregivers and provide feedback to supervising clinicians regarding client progress and barriers to treatment.
Utilize Technology: Use tablets and web-based software to collect data, review programs, complete session notes, and communicate with the clinical team.
Promote a Positive Learning Environment: Create a fun, engaging, safe, and structured environment that promotes learning, independence, and dignity for every client.
Participate in Professional Development: Attend supervision meetings, trainings, and team events while maintaining BACB compliance and RBT certification requirements.
