About The Position

Work directly with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and support for clinicians. The role involves providing one-to-one services to children in their homes, following individualized treatment plans, tracking progress, and communicating with families. RBTs meet weekly with a BCBA for coaching and support. Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling is available. The posting offers a $500 sign-on bonus and describes paid trainings and a path to become a BCBA.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation to get to clients’ homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfort moving around and bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• College education is a plus, but not required.
