About The Position

Work one-on-one with children in client homes, following individualized treatment plans. Track progress, communicate with families, and meet weekly with a BCBA for coaching and support. The position offers direct BCBA mentorship, clinician-built caseloads, flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options, paid trainings, career growth opportunities including a path to become a BCBA, and autonomy to problem-solve. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered. The listed opening is Monday through Friday, 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Pay is $20–$28.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation to get to clients' homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfort with moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• College education is a plus, but not required.
