RBT Afternoon: M-F 2:30p-5:30p | Sign-On Bonus
About The Position
We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians. RBTs work directly with BCBAs who own their practices rather than reporting into a large corporate structure. The listed opportunity is Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Full-time or part-time scheduling options are available. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered. The role provides direct BCBA mentorship and support, clinician-built caseloads, paid trainings, and a path to become a BCBA. It also offers autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve while providing empowering, mission-driven care to families.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification.
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Comfort with moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Work one-to-one with children following individualized treatment plans.
- Track progress and communicate with families.
- Meet weekly with a BCBA for coaching and support.
