About The Position

We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians. Employees work directly with BCBAs who own their practices rather than reporting into a large corporate structure. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered.

The role provides direct BCBA mentorship and support, clinician-built caseloads, and flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options. It offers career growth through paid trainings and a path to become a BCBA, along with autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve. The advertised afternoon schedule is Monday through Friday, 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

RBTs work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans, track progress, communicate with families, and meet weekly with their BCBA for coaching and support. The pay scale is $20–$28.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfort moving around and bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
