About The Position

Work one-to-one with children in client homes, following individualized treatment plans. Track client progress and communicate with families. Meet weekly with a BCBA for coaching and support. The role offers direct BCBA mentorship, clinician-built caseloads, flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options, paid trainings, career growth opportunities including a path to become a BCBA, and autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered. The listed opening is Monday through Friday, 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pay is $20–$28.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college is a plus but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
