About The Position

We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and support for clinicians. RBTs work directly with BCBAs who own their practices. The position offers direct BCBA mentorship, clinician-built caseloads, flexible scheduling options, career growth through paid trainings and a path to become a BCBA, and autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve. The listed opportunity is Client #1 in Trinity, NC, Monday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered. Pay is $20–$28.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfort with moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• College education is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with the BCBA for coaching and support.
