About The Position

We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and support for clinicians. RBTs work directly with BCBAs who own their practices rather than reporting into a large corporate structure. The position offers direct mentorship, thoughtful caseloads, flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, paid trainings, a path to become a BCBA, and autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered. The listed opportunity is Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., in Trinity, North Carolina. Pay is $20–$28.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfort moving around and bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• College education is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children while following individualized treatment plans.
• Track client progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with a BCBA for coaching and support.
