About The Position

Registered Behavior Technicians at Behavioral Health Allies Early Intervention provide individualized, play-based, developmentally appropriate Applied Behavior Analysis services to young children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA. They implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans to support communication, social-emotional development, adaptive skills, independence, emotional regulation, and school readiness. RBTs help create structured, safe, engaging therapeutic environments and work with families, clinical supervisors, and interdisciplinary teams to promote consistent support and positive outcomes across clinic, home, school, and community settings. This is a safety-sensitive position. Employees must be able to safely perform essential duties, with or without reasonable accommodation, including continuously supervising children, implementing crisis prevention and intervention strategies, responding to behavioral escalation, and assisting children with activities of daily living as needed. The position also involves required documentation and data collection, team collaboration, training and supervision, maintaining certifications, and supporting clinic organization and preparation. The minimum certified RBT rate begins at $19.00 per hour; the final offer depends on education, relevant experience, and qualifications. Candidates who are not certified may receive payment for the RBT course, which must be completed before the first day, and exam preparation support. They begin at a lower training rate, with pay increasing to the minimum RBT rate after certification. A retention bonus opportunity is offered: $1,000 for full-time employees or $500 for part-time employees working at least 20 hours per week, paid in halves at 90 and 180 days.
