Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Alpaca Health•Fort Collins, CO
•Onsite

About The Position

Alpaca Health is a multi-state network of independent ABA therapists working in homes, schools, and daycares. The Registered Behavior Technician works one-on-one with children with autism in their homes, classrooms, and communities. Each day may differ, and the RBT follows a personalized plan from a BCBA, implements behavior strategies, collects data, and builds consistent relationships that support children’s growth. A dedicated BCBA provides close mentorship and is available for support. Applicants may already hold an active RBT certification or may be motivated to earn one. For those working toward certification, Alpaca Health can help identify a path, connect them with a BCBA mentor, and support exam preparation. Depending on the practice, training reimbursement and paid hands-on learning may be available. The role offers full-time or part-time schedules, with some flexibility across mornings, afternoons, and evenings to meet client needs.
