About The Position

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide care to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). RBTs provide direct therapy in clients’ homes or clinic environments and implement treatment programs written by a supervising BCBA. The position requires travel between locations and a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Requirements

RBT certification (required).
Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
Effective verbal and written communication in English.
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
Valid state identification card.
Reliable transportation, a vehicle, and a valid driver’s license.
Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
Collect data and submit session notes.
Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
Commute between locations and arrive promptly for appointments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
