About The Position

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will help clients develop essential skills and improve their quality of life by providing direct ABA therapy in a home setting. The role includes working with a multidisciplinary team and participating in team meetings, training, and professional development. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassion, patience, and dedication to helping improve clients' lives.

Nice To Haves

• Registered Behavior Technician certification or Behavior Technician experience is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
