About The Position

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified, compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role focuses on helping children develop social, communication, and life skills. Therapy is provided in clients’ homes, with individualized treatment plans and programs implemented as written by a supervising BCBA. Requirements

Active RBT certification.
Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
Effective verbal and written communication in English.
Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
Valid state identification card.
Reliable transportation, a vehicle, and a valid driver’s license.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in the home.
Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
Collect data and submit session notes.
Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
Commute between locations and arrive promptly for appointments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
