About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is hiring certified Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy in the Cedar Rapids area. Each family has a dedicated care manager, and a BCBA is assigned before the RBT starts. Schedules are built around families’ real weeks, with clients matched to RBTs based on schedule fit. Sessions are mostly on weekday afternoons and early evenings. Pay is $21–$23 per hour for direct therapy and $10 per hour for training and required meetings. The role offers part-time, flexible hours.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for weekday afternoon and evening sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one ABA therapy following a treatment plan written by the BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes.
• Participate in supportive supervision and receive feedback.
