About The Position

Step Ahead ABA has an in-home case open in Waianae and we're looking for the right RBT for it. This role is ideal for someone who is free Monday-Friday mornings and is looking for a case where a BCBA is already assigned and covers the region. The placement team will provide exact days, times, and neighborhood details during the interview process before any commitment is made. Step Ahead ABA prioritizes current RBTs for new cases to ensure continuity for clients and consistent hours for technicians. This position is also suitable for individuals accruing supervision hours toward their BCBA if the availability matches. Requirements

Active RBT registration with the BACB, current on your start date.
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior ABA experience
Availability Mon–Fri mornings
Comfort working in a family's home
Reliable transportation
Able to stay active and engaged in session

Responsibilities

Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA.
Collect session data and submit notes for the work performed.
Provide supportive supervision, including competency assessments, observation, and feedback.
