About The Position

Step Ahead ABA has an in-home case open in Honolulu and we're looking for the right RBT for it. This role is ideal for individuals who are free during Mon-Fri afternoons/evenings and are looking for a case with an assigned BCBA who already covers the region. The company prioritizes current RBTs for new cases to ensure client continuity and provide consistent hours for their technicians. This position offers a pathway for those accruing supervision hours toward their BCBA. Requirements

Active RBT registration with the BACB, current on your start date.
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior ABA experience
Availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings
Comfort working in a family's home
Reliable transportation
Able to stay active and engaged in session

Responsibilities

Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA.
Collect session data and submit notes for the work performed.
Participate in supportive supervision with the assigned BCBA, including competency assessments, observation, and feedback.
Treat a family's home with respect as if it were your own home.
Show up consistently for scheduled sessions.
