About The Position

BeeKind ABA Therapy is dedicated to improving the lives of children and their families through compassionate and ethical ABA services. Our program focuses on enhancing social skills, communication, daily living skills, and more. We offer a competitive pay range of $18 - $25 per hour with opportunities for annual raises based on educational background, experience, professional development, and performance. This position offers a healthy work-life balance with no weekend work required. Sessions typically last 3-4 hours per case.

Requirements

Completion of 40-hour RBT training with the ability to discuss ABA content and display critical thinking skills.
Valid RBT certification.
Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
Comfort working in various settings and with different clients.
Previous in-home experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
Engage clients in tailored sessions based on their unique needs and preferences.
Collect data during each session to track progress.
Write detailed session notes to document client development.
