About The Position

BeeKind ABA Therapy is seeking compassionate and ethical individuals to provide ABA services to children and their families. Our clients present a variety of personalities, independence levels, and behaviors, with a focus on improving social, communication, and daily living skills. We prioritize the mental health of our working environment and ensure that client maladaptive behaviors are the least intrusive to staff. This role involves providing one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, daycares, and community settings, collecting data, and writing session notes.

Requirements

Completion of 40-hour training with the ability to discuss ABA content and display critical thinking skills.
Valid RBT certification.
Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
Comfort working in various settings and with different clients.

Previous in-home experience.

Responsibilities

Providing one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
Engaging in tailored sessions based on each client's unique needs and preferences.
Collecting data during each session to track progress.
Writing detailed session notes to document client development.
