About The Position

BeeKind ABA Therapy is seeking compassionate and ethical Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children aged 2-16. Services are delivered in clients' homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. The program focuses on improving social skills, communication, daily living skills, and more. BeeKind emphasizes a supportive workplace culture with opportunities for professional growth, flexible scheduling, and a healthy work-life balance, including no weekend work.

Requirements

  • Completion of 40-hour training with the ability to discuss ABA content and display critical thinking skills.
  • Valid RBT certification.
  • Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
  • Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
  • Comfort working in various settings and with different clients.

  • Previous in-home experience.

Responsibilities
