About The Position

BeeKind ABA Therapy is seeking compassionate and ethical individuals to provide ABA services to children and their families. Our ABA program focuses on social, communication, and daily living skills. We specialize in providing effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children aged 2-16 in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.

Requirements

40-hour training with the ability to discuss ABA content and display critical thinking skills.
Valid RBT certification.
Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
Comfort working in various settings and with different clients.

Previous in-home experience.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
Engage in tailored sessions based on each client's unique needs and preferences.
Collect data during each session to track progress.
Write detailed session notes to document development.
