About The Position

BeeKind ABA Therapy is dedicated to improving the lives of children and their families through compassionate and ethical ABA services. Our ABA program focuses on enhancing social skills, communication, daily living skills, and more. We work with clients who exhibit a variety of personalities, independence levels, and behaviors, ensuring that client maladaptive behaviors are the least intrusive to BeeKind Staff. Requirements

• Completion of 40-hour training with the ability to discuss ABA content and display critical thinking skills.
• Valid RBT certification.
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients.

Nice To Haves

• Previous in-home experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
• Conduct engaging and enjoyable sessions tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences.
• Collect data during each session to track progress.
• Write detailed session notes to document client development.
