About The Position

BeeKind ABA Therapy is dedicated to improving the lives of children and their families through compassionate and ethical Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. We serve children aged 2-16 in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. Our ABA program focuses on social skills, communication, daily living skills, and more. Requirements

• Completion of 40-hour ABA training with the ability to discuss ABA content and display critical thinking skills.
• Valid RBT certification.
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients.

• Previous in-home experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
• Engage clients in tailored sessions based on their unique needs and preferences.
• Collect data during each session to track client progress.
• Write detailed session notes to document client development.
