About The Position

BeeKind ABA Therapy is seeking compassionate and ethical individuals to provide ABA services to children and their families. Our program focuses on improving social, communication, and daily living skills. We value our clients' diverse personalities and independence, ensuring that staff interactions are positive and supportive. BeeKind clients' maladaptive behaviors are the least intrusive to BeeKind Staff, contributing to a healthy work environment.

Requirements

• 40-hour training with the ability to discuss ABA content and display critical thinking skills.
• Valid RBT certification.
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients.

Nice To Haves

• Previous in-home experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
• Engage in tailored sessions based on each client's unique needs and preferences.
• Collect data during each session to track progress.
• Write detailed session notes to document client development.
