Requirements
- Completion of 40-hour RBT training with the ability to discuss ABA content and display critical thinking skills.
- Valid RBT certification.
- Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
- Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
- Comfort working in various settings and with different clients.
Nice To Haves
- Previous in-home experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
- Engage in tailored sessions based on each client's unique needs and preferences.
- Collect data during each session to track progress.
- Write detailed session notes to document client development.
