About The Position

BeeKind ABA Therapy is seeking compassionate and ethical individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children aged 2-16. Our program focuses on improving social, communication, and daily living skills. Requirements

40 hour training with ability to discuss ABA content and display of critical thinking skills
Valid RBT certification
Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional
Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes
Comfort working in various settings and with different clients

Nice To Haves

Previous in-home experience a plus

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
Collect data during each session to track progress.
Write detailed session notes to document development.
