About The Position

BeeKind ABA Therapy is seeking compassionate and ethical Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children aged 2-16. Our program focuses on improving social, communication, and daily living skills. Requirements

  • 40-hour training with the ability to discuss ABA content and display critical thinking skills.
  • Valid RBT certification.
  • Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
  • Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
  • Comfort working in various settings and with different clients.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous in-home experience.

Responsibilities

  • Providing one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
  • Engaging in tailored sessions based on each client's unique needs and preferences.
  • Collecting data during each session to track progress.
  • Writing detailed session notes to document development.
