About The Position

BeeKind ABA Therapy is seeking compassionate and ethical Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children aged 2-16. Services are delivered in clients' homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. The program focuses on improving social skills, communication, daily living skills, and more. Requirements

• 40-hour training with the ability to discuss ABA content and display critical thinking skills.
• Valid RBT certification.
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients.

Nice To Haves

• Previous in-home experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
• Engage clients in tailored sessions based on their unique needs and preferences.
• Collect data during each session to track progress.
• Write detailed session notes to document client development.
