About The Position
Welcome to BeeKind ABA Therapy, where we're all about making a difference in the lives of children and their families through compassionate and ethical ABA services. BeeKind clients host a variety of personality, independence and behaviors. As a staple to improve the mental health of working environments within ABA, BeeKind client maladaptive behaviors are the least intrusive to BeeKind Staff. Our ABA program focuses on social, communication, daily living skills and more. We specialize in providing compassionate and effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children aged 2 - 16 in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. Requirements
- 40 hour training with ability to discuss ABA content and display of critical thinking skills
- Valid RBT certification
- Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional
- Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes
- Comfort working in various settings and with different clients

Responsibilities
- Providing one-on-one ABA services to our clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
- Collecting data during each session to track progress.
- Writing detailed session notes to document development.
