About The Position

BeeKind ABA Therapy is seeking compassionate and ethical individuals to provide ABA services to children and their families. Our program focuses on social, communication, and daily living skills. We are committed to improving the mental health of working environments within ABA, ensuring that client maladaptive behaviors are the least intrusive to BeeKind Staff. We specialize in providing effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children aged 2-16 in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. Requirements

• 40-hour training with the ability to discuss ABA content and display critical thinking skills.
• Valid RBT certification.
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients.

Nice To Haves

• Previous in-home experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
• Collecting data during each session to track progress.
• Writing detailed session notes to document development.
