About The Position

BeeKind ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate and ethical Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children aged 2-16. Services are delivered in clients' homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. The program focuses on social, communication, and daily living skills. BeeKind emphasizes a supportive workplace culture with a focus on employee well-being and professional growth.

Requirements

Completion of 40-hour training with the ability to discuss ABA content and display critical thinking skills.
Valid RBT certification.
Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
Comfort working in various settings and with different clients.

Previous in-home experience.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
