About The Position

BeeKind ABA Therapy is seeking compassionate and ethical Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children aged 2-16 in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. Our ABA program focuses on social, communication, daily living skills, and more. We pride ourselves on offering a supportive workplace culture where our team feels valued and respected, with a focus on improving the mental health of working environments within ABA. BeeKind clients host a variety of personality, independence, and behaviors, but client maladaptive behaviors are the least intrusive to BeeKind Staff.

Requirements

• Completion of 40-hour training with the ability to discuss ABA content and display critical thinking skills.
• Valid RBT certification.
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients.

• Previous in-home experience.

Responsibilities
