About The Position

BeeKind ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate and ethical Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children aged 2-16 in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. Our ABA program focuses on social, communication, and daily living skills. We pride ourselves on offering a supportive workplace culture where our team feels valued and respected, with a focus on improving mental health within ABA environments. Client maladaptive behaviors are the least intrusive to BeeKind Staff.

Requirements

• Completion of 40-hour RBT training with the ability to discuss ABA content and display critical thinking skills.
• Valid RBT certification.
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients.

Nice To Haves

• Previous in-home experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
• Engage in tailored sessions based on each client's unique needs and preferences.
• Collect data during each session to track progress.
• Write detailed session notes to document development.
