About The Position

BeeKind ABA Therapy is dedicated to improving the lives of children and their families through compassionate and ethical ABA services. Our ABA program focuses on social, communication, daily living skills, and more. We specialize in providing effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children aged 2-16 in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. Requirements

  • 40-hour training with the ability to discuss ABA content and display critical thinking skills.
  • Valid RBT certification.
  • Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
  • Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
  • Comfort working in various settings and with different clients.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous in-home experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Providing one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
  • Engaging in tailored sessions based on each client's unique needs and preferences.
  • Collecting data during each session to track progress.
  • Writing detailed session notes to document development.
