About The Position

BeeKind ABA Therapy is seeking compassionate and ethical Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children aged 2-16 in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. Our program focuses on improving social, communication, and daily living skills. Requirements

Completion of 40-hour training with the ability to discuss ABA content and display critical thinking skills.
Valid RBT certification.
Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
Comfort working in various settings and with different clients.

Previous in-home experience.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
Engage clients in tailored sessions based on their unique needs and preferences.
Collect data during each session to track progress.
Write detailed session notes to document client development.
