About The Position

BeeKind ABA Therapy is seeking compassionate and ethical individuals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children aged 2-16. Our program focuses on improving social, communication, and daily living skills. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. You will collect data during sessions to track progress and write detailed session notes to document development. BeeKind clients exhibit a variety of personalities, independence levels, and behaviors, with a focus on minimizing intrusive maladaptive behaviors for staff well-being. Requirements

• 40 hour training with ability to discuss ABA content and display of critical thinking skills
• Valid RBT certification
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients
