About The Position

BeeKind ABA Therapy is seeking compassionate and ethical individuals to provide ABA services to children and their families. Our program focuses on social, communication, and daily living skills. We aim to improve the mental health of working environments within ABA, ensuring that client maladaptive behaviors are the least intrusive to BeeKind Staff. Requirements

  • 40-hour training with the ability to discuss ABA content and display critical thinking skills.
  • Valid RBT certification.
  • Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
  • Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
  • Comfort working in various settings and with different clients.
  • Previous in-home experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Providing one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
  • Collecting data during each session to track progress.
  • Writing detailed session notes to document development.
