About The Position

BeeKind ABA Therapy is seeking compassionate and ethical individuals to provide ABA services to children and their families. Our ABA program focuses on social, communication, and daily living skills. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. You will collect data during sessions to track progress and write detailed session notes to document development. BeeKind clients have a variety of personalities, independence levels, and behaviors, but client maladaptive behaviors are the least intrusive to BeeKind Staff.

Requirements

• 40 hour training with ability to discuss ABA content and display of critical thinking skills
• Valid RBT certification
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients

• Previous in-home experience a plus!
