About The Position

BeeKind ABA Therapy is dedicated to improving the lives of children and their families through compassionate and ethical ABA services. Our program focuses on enhancing social skills, communication, daily living skills, and more. We offer a competitive pay range of $18 - $25 per hour with opportunities for annual raises and extensive employee benefits. The position is part-time/full-time, with opportunities for pay increases through professional development and paid remote training. Sessions are typically 3-4 hours per case, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work required. We specialize in providing ABA services to children aged 2-16 in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings, fostering a supportive and respectful workplace culture.

Requirements

• Completion of 40-hour RBT training with the ability to discuss ABA content and display critical thinking skills.
• Valid RBT certification.
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients.
• Previous in-home experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
• Conduct engaging and enjoyable sessions tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences.
• Collect data during each session to track progress.
• Write detailed session notes to document client development.
