About The Position

BeeKind ABA Therapy is seeking compassionate and ethical Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children aged 2-16. Our program focuses on improving social, communication, and daily living skills. Requirements

  • Completion of 40-hour RBT training with the ability to discuss ABA content and display critical thinking skills.
  • Valid RBT certification.
  • Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
  • Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
  • Comfort working in various settings and with different clients.
  • Previous in-home experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
  • Engage in tailored morning and afternoon sessions based on each client's unique needs and preferences.
  • Collect data during each session to track progress.
  • Write detailed session notes to document client development.
