About The Position

We are an ABA agency owned and operated by BCBAs, dedicated to providing exceptional ABA services through evidence-based interventions, trauma-informed practices, and personalized treatment plans. As direct providers ourselves, we deeply understand the provider role when it comes to working in homes, schools, and community settings. We are a small, close-knit team that works thoughtfully and collaboratively to ensure that quality is provided both to the family receiving services and also to you in your employment relationship with us. We are sensitive to the “burn-out” that can occur quickly in our field and we work tirelessly to support our staff to create personalized schedules that fit your lifestyle and needs. We are seeking passionate and energetic Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated team to provide ABA therapy to families in Fanwood/Scotch Plains, NJ and surrounding/neighboring towns. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a schedule that works for you while enjoying a supportive, flexible, and collaborative work environment. If you are a BT/RBT pursuing your BCBA certification, we provide free and quality supervision across invaluable and varied opportunities as a Student Analyst so that you can gain experience consulting in the homes, schools, and community settings.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience working with individuals with Autism (required)
  • Registered Behavior Technician certification (preferred but not required). Must be willing to obtain certification within 6 months of hire (required)
  • Able to commit at least 8 hours per week (required)
  • Has some after-school/after 3pm availability (required)

Nice To Haves

  • Some ABA experience/training (preferred)
  • ideally seeking someone who wants to work 15-30 hours per week (preferred)
  • preference for those with a mix of both daytime and after-school availability

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy with clients in homes, communities, and daycare settings.
  • Run individualized treatment plans to address behavior and teach skill acquisition.
  • Collect data on client progress and behavior.
  • Opportunities to run social skills groups with 2-6 clients.
