About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with a 14-year-old girl in Paterson, NJ. The role involves working Monday to Friday from 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, dependable, and genuinely enjoy working with children. The position requires the ability to build a positive relationship with the child, be patient, supportive, and create a positive and comfortable environment while following the treatment plan.

Requirements

• RBT experience required
• High school diploma required
• Must be able to build a positive relationship with the child
