About The Position

We are looking for a caring, patient, empathetic, and dependable female RBT to work one-on-one with a 3-year-old child who is nonverbal and on the autism spectrum. Services can be provided in the child's home from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, Monday-Friday, or at the daycare with hours varying based on the child's schedule. The ideal candidate is flexible and willing to work in either setting.

Requirements

• Current RBT Certification
• Patient and compassionate
• Empathetic and caring
• Reliable and dependable
• Comfortable working with a young, nonverbal child
• Able to work independently and follow the child's treatment plan
• Copy of High School Diploma
• 3 Reference Letters
• 2 Forms of ID
• Medical Form completed, signed by doctor
• Any additional required employment/onboarding documentation

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children with autism/ABA preferred

Responsibilities
