About The Position
LBAPS (Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC) is seeking a passionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician to provide ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental needs. The role works under BCBA supervision and may take place in home, school, and/or center-based settings. The position is offered part-time or full-time, with flexible scheduling, at a starting hourly rate of $25.00–$30.00. LBAPS describes its team as collaborative, supportive, and mission-driven, and offers ongoing support, mentorship, and opportunities for career growth and BCBA supervision.
Requirements
- Current RBT certification in good standing.
- At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ABA data collection and documentation.
- A patient, creative, and compassionate approach.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Work across home, school, and/or center-based settings.
- Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity.
- Collect and record session data accurately in Rethink within 24 hours.
- Collaborate with families and the clinical team to support client progress.
- Participate in ongoing check-ins and professional support meetings.
