About The Position

Ready Set Connect is seeking a compassionate and skilled School Contract Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The RBT provides one-on-one instruction, behavioral support, and social skills training to help students achieve individualized goals. Strong communication skills, patience, and a commitment to improving the lives of students with ASD are required. This is a full-time position averaging 30–40 hours per week; part-time schedules are not available. Candidates must be available Monday through Friday between 7:45 a.m. and 5:15 p.m., plus one Saturday or Sunday per month from 8:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Specific schedules vary based on operational needs. The working-conditions section also states that RBTs work in schools and centers for 40 hours per week to meet a billable expectation of 35 hours per week, and that they are required to work one Saturday per month. RBTs work in school and center locations, represent Ready Set Connect's values when working in schools, and may travel between centers and schools. The role involves physical activity and may require implementing CPI procedures to maintain safety, physically supporting students, and working under stress during behavioral escalations.
