About The Position

Advanta Autism Care is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician in Littleton, Colorado. The RBT provides one-on-one applied behavior analysis (ABA) services in clients’ homes and community settings, helping clients build skills and become more independent in everyday life. The role works with a supervising BCBA and collaborates with families and caregivers to support client progress.

Compensation is $23–$28 per hour for direct care, based on experience. The position includes paid travel time between client sessions and mileage reimbursement. Cancellation compensation may be available for eligible client cancellations under the company’s policy. A $300 sign-on bonus is paid after the first 90 days.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification.
• Ability to travel to scheduled home and community sessions.
• Reliable attendance, clear communication, and a patient approach with clients and families.
• Successful completion of required background and reference checks.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with CentralReach.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services according to individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Help clients develop communication, social, daily living, and safety skills.
• Collect session data and complete accurate documentation.
• Share client progress and concerns with the supervising BCBA and collaborate with families and caregivers.
• Prepare session materials and participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Maintain professional standards, protect client privacy, and provide respectful care.
