About The Position
Storybook ABA is hiring a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician for after-school hours. The role provides an opportunity to gain experience and advance a career in Applied Behavior Analysis while working alongside BCBAs. The position involves providing in-home and community-based ABA therapy, collecting behavior and skill acquisition data, and collaborating with a team to support positive outcomes. The schedule is part-time and flexible, with hours chosen by the employee and midday hours available Monday to Friday. The position requires travel to client locations.
Requirements
- RBT Certification is required.
- Personal means of transportation and a reliable vehicle.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire to participate in a collaborative team of professionals.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in applied behavior analysis or working with children with autism.
- Spanish-speaking ability.
Responsibilities
