About The Position
Blue Jay ABA provides high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Registered Behavior Technicians work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and families to provide personalized, evidence-based support tailored to each child's needs. The role is part time and located in Raleigh, North Carolina. The listed compensation is $21.00–$26.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
- Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
- Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Communicate with parents to review and monitor client progress.
- Develop or create teaching materials and visuals.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
