About The Position
Blue Jay ABA provides high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Its Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) work with children and their families to deliver personalized, evidence-based care. The organization seeks enthusiastic and dependable BTs/RBTs who are committed to improving the quality of life for individuals with ASD and providing compassionate, integrity-driven care in a positive and empowering workplace.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
- Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
- Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Communicate with parents to review and monitor client progress.
- Develop and create teaching materials and visuals.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
