About The Position

Storybook ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a flexible, part-time role providing in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy during after-school hours. The position offers support and guidance from BCBAs, RBT training, and opportunities to grow a career in ABA. The company describes the role as offering a schedule designed to support work-life balance, with client travel limited to no more than a 30-minute drive.

The RBT collects behavior and skill-acquisition data during sessions, maintains professionalism, and collaborates with a team to achieve positive outcomes. The role involves working with children with autism and requires reliable personal transportation. The stated pay range is $22.00–$30.00 per hour.

Requirements

• RBT certification is required.
