About The Position

Storybook ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy. The position offers a flexible, part-time schedule, support from BCBAs, RBT training, and opportunities to grow in the ABA field. Employees are encouraged to maintain work-life balance and can choose their hours, with midday hours available Monday through Friday. Work takes place on the road, and reliable personal transportation is required.

Requirements

• RBT certification is required.
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• A desire to participate in a collaborative team of professionals and achieve positive outcomes.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in applied behavior analysis or working with children with autism.

Responsibilities
